About Bethany
I fell in love with video games at a young age and ever since, I have dreamed about being lucky enough to create them. The visual experience of a game is often what first draws me in; and thus is very important to me. My hope for my career is to work on games that inspire other weird kids like me.
Concept art is my primary interest. While I have the most experience with character design, I am very much interested in exploring environments and other aspects of concept art and I’m not one to shy away from a learning opportunity. I’m also passionate about sequential art. I am most familiar with Procreate, Maya, and Adobe Photoshop, but I also have experience with Toonboom Harmony, Adobe Illustrator, Animate, Indesign, and Aftereffects, Unity and Rhino.
I am dependable, witty and resourceful. I’m eager to learn and grow from my peers, and I love making connections with like-minded artists.
I find a lot of inspiration in nature, history and mythology– the stranger and harder to explain, the better. Catch me wandering around aimlessly in your local aquarium; sea life is kind of my thing. If you want to chat, find me on Instagram or email me directly. I’m excited to hear from you!
